The Aubé Matrimonial Route

In this post, you’ll follow the generations of Aubés and see who married whom, when and where, and the children each couple brought into the world. Notice the early spelling of the last name and the generation which started using Aubé. (More about that in a later post.) A few first names were favourites over the generations, and some first names are rarely used anymore.

The churches are as they look today. Some have been reconstructed since the time of these marriages, usually on or near the site of the original church.
